About

Automation shouldn't be a privilege of the enterprise.

We're building a market where the shop and the office down the street run on enterprise-grade automation, no developer required.

We built leegona by walking the floors of small businesses across the Greater Toronto Area, starting with the websites and digital menus they asked us for. The closer we got, the clearer the real cost became: the same work done by hand, over and over. Confirming bookings, filling out forms, chasing invoices, answering the same questions. It was heaviest where documents are the job itself, the offices where skilled people spend their hours on repeat paperwork instead of the work they trained for.

These shops aren't big enough to hire a developer, and the large agencies are expensive and hard to talk to. That gap is where our team lives. What began as web and menu work for the store on the corner has grown into automation for the professional service offices where paperwork runs deepest. We build the tools that used to belong only to big companies, at a small-business price, and we work through it with you directly in Korean or English.

Why I do this

I grew up watching missionaries and pastors leave for every corner of the world to share the gospel. I was too afraid to go myself. All I could do was admire them from a distance. As my world got wider, I started seeing something else: people head out with real vision and good hearts, and almost no one is behind them building the systems they need. For a company, there is no reason to. It bothered me anyway. leegona began with the simple wish to help people like that.

These days, I see the same gap much closer to home: small business owners who are excellent at what they do, with no one to look after their website, their tools, their systems. Filling that gap is my work now. No one around me had ever run a business, so I still knock on doors myself. I enjoy it. I want to keep doing this for a long time.
